Shipping & Returns

>How long will it take before you ship? We aim to ship your order within 1-3 business day. Orders placed on weekends will be shipped on the following week. However, holidays and/or other circumstances might interfere and/or delay process.

 

>How can I track my shipment? When the order is placed, you will first receive an E-mail specifying the order confirmation. Once the item has been shipped, another E-mail with the tracking link will be sent, to allow the customer to monitor the shipment status. In the event of delays in Customs, you will be notified directly by the courier.

 

>How long does it take to arrive? All items are shipped from USA. For domestic orders, it takes approximately four (4) to seven (7) working days. For international orders, it takes approximately ten (10) to twenty-one (21) working days to arrive at the destination. Orders might be delayed during public holidays and festive seasons. Due to potential delays in your country's customs process, we cannot guarantee delivery times.
